		<description>Obviously we have a lot of work to do in this area. The only bright spot I suppose is that we are ahead of Louisiana and Mississippi.

It always amazes me how these Governmental Education &quot;Experts&quot; expect our children to be on top of their game in school when their basic needs aren&#039;t being met. Those of us with middle class backgrounds cannot comprehend just what some of these kids are dealing with outside of the school setting. If a little kid is worrying about their next meal or their safety - there won&#039;t be much going on as far as learning.</description>
