We all are double taxed. My income is taxed and my use of that  income is taxed. People act as if this is a problem. I see it as inevitable in any complex system and not in itself a burden. This is not to argue that the business exemption should not exist. Maybe it is a good idea  but the rationale should not simply be to avoid double taxation.</description>
