		<description>And where was Mayor Marty last night?  Probably hiding under his desk, as the self-proclaimed Greenest Mayor in America only lives up to that name when developers either support or don&#039;t care about his ideas.  Or maybe it was typical politics because Cadigan was sponsoring the bill, or maybe he was pissed because somebody thought of it before him.   You know it&#039;s a good idea when Mayer &quot;want[s] to see the science behind this&quot; before voting on it, you know you have a good proposal on your hands.  I&#039;m ashamed to say that she is my Councilor.

No matter what the reason, Marty needs to be out in front on this issue - this is absolutely fundamental to the quality of life of Albuquerque. For once, put politics aside and think about somebody other than yourself.</description>
