A TIDD essentially amounts to a commitment imposed on future taxpayers ( our children) to develop a project today. Whether the project fulfills it's promises (create jobs) or not, the taxpayers are responsible for paying back the money used to build the project today. This is another example of the legislature tit dipping into subsidize private sector development. I am a pro growth advocate, but becoming very tired of the taxpayer footing the bill for quasi state/private sector projects. When the taxpayer becomes involved the risks are taken out of the equation, which usually leads to failure in the long run.

We need a revolt in this country. Who the hell are these people and where do they get these idea? Are they the result of the corrupt boomer generation philosophies, which by the way put us in the mess we find ourselves. The good news is the boomers will begin dying out soon. The bad news is that like Bush they can cause problems up to the last day.
