On January 20, 2009, the NM House Committee on Taxation and Revenue was webcast live. NM Rep Janice Arnold-Jones, District 24, took her laptop and webcam to the committee and went live for the duration of the meeting. She demonstrated that a low tech and low cost approach could be used. This was a first and she should be applauded for breaking the ice. The schedule for webcast can be seen at www.janicearnoldjones.com or at www.civicplaza.net/house.
