John Fleck has posted a link on his blog to an article in Climatic Change that suggests eating less meat could also help the environment. True, but bacon tastes so good!
Peter St. Cyr is ruminating on Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele’s video response to the stimulus package. Yes, that’s the same Michael Steele who 1) fired almost the entire RNC staff as soon as he took over, 2) allegedly used campaign funds to pay his sister $37,000 to do… what? and 3) has the world’s cutest dog.

Joe Monahan gives a rundown of the Guv’s corruption investigation in “The Fouratt File.” He discusses U.S. Attorney Gregory J. Fouratt’s role and approach to executing this case.
Conservative blogger Mario Burgos reviews the new health care proposal — Cost vs. Right to “Choose” health care providers — with plenty of snarky commentary.
And finally, Cocoposts reports that hundreds of FDR’s Works Progress Administration buildings are in danger of being demolished. Hmm… where did they say that stimulus money is going?

The octuplet mom, who already had six kids, will be on NBC tonight and tomorrow, talking about why she really wanted 14 kids, (who are all under the age of 7).
And I’ll leave you with the juiciest tidbit of them all: Talking Points Memo’s Josh Marshall links to a series of investigative reports from ABC that show Wall Street bankers have actually been spending all their bailout money on hookers. OK, almost all of it. Or, at least some of it.
NMI’s Danielle Bauer contributed to (read: mostly wrote) this report.
