Three more casualties of the moronic war on drugs. How many murders do we see over tobacco or alcohol debts? Brandon Craig is now a free man, after millions of dollars spent prosecuting and incarcerating him… his family is out hundreds of thousands in legal fees, and three families went home last night having lost faith in our justice system. The Sheriff's Department looks ineffective while Darren White continues to play Just-Say-No cheerleader.

Nearly every social and economic metric favors decriminalization. Traditionalists may wince, but the writing on the wall is clear and indelible.
