The parents are the ones to blame for kids coming to school unprepared. The parents have no parenting skills, maybe no skills of any kind. United States citizens need to encourage education at every level and in each case. I feel sorry for these kids, many of them may not be able to sit still for 88 minute classes, but they will end up doing time in prisons if they somehow do not wise up and start preparing to live productive lives.
