Look at Robert Vigil (sentenced to prison but is actually living in Alb in a halfway house) and all of his sister inlaws (outlaws). Look at the protection from state legislatures afforded to their family(brothers) when their family has blantantly broken laws, threatened, intimidated state employees, and terminated those employees when they would not turn a blind eye to the kickbacks, bribery, etc. Illinois has nothing on New Mexico when it comes to corruption, nepotism, and cover ups.
