It's only surprising that this investigation wasn't as long as our cases were (many many years). Our daughter was raped and molested by a previously convicted pedophile felon who'd already been incarcerated for doing the same heinous acts to two young girls, and with 25 Grand Jury Indictments on his head, David Patrick St. John is as free as a bird because the defense stalled too many years, to get this man indicted again. We'd ourselves seen and heard government officials lie and even Judges purposefully destroy cases while attorneys' palms were greased. No, we are not shocked at all in hearing about these findings nor are we with the Obama Administration's protection of wrongdoers and child-beaters. He is now really showing his true colors and endangering US security as well. As for NM, it's time to beat the drums about the corruption that is so blatant and unashamedly done to the public by officials and legal representatives.
