The businesses won't necessarily be taxed at a high rate, but there will be revenues drawn from that. Additionally, there will be employees and jobs created from those businesses which will result in income taxes and less *gasp* unemployment and welfare. <br><br>I'm still not seeing the bad part about this whole gameplan. With Denish you'll likely just get more of the same...corruption, overspending, and more idiotic state run programs (like the monorail). Do we want businesses that just come here for less regulation?
