I'm sorry, the progressives have gotten us into this mess. They are the LAST people you would want to have input from for any problem (unless it is to find out what NOT to do).

Obama, what a joke. He's nothing more than a sock-puppet for AIG, Bank of America, Citigroup, and the rest of Wall Street.

You are in need of some serious reality checks if you think Obama cares about the average worker/citizen.

Remember, Obama said "make me do it" fine words for a president who promised so much, eh? For all his faults, I can't imagine those words coming form Lyndon Johnson's (nor FDR's) lips as he rammed thru Medicare!

I don't suppose they could rescind all the tax cuts for the millionaires who pay them....no THAT just wouldn't do would it? They've got to take it out of the hides of the helpless and powerless.

One of the things I've noticed is that people in NM don't stand up for themsleves. I called my rep when the TIDDs were being discussed for moratorium and he was at home, probably in his PJs.
He said none of his constituents EVER call him and asked me if I would meet him for breakfast to discuss the absurdity of his statements on how wonderful it was going to be for the South Valley when people retired to go live in those crackerboxes SunCal is building on the West Mesa!!!!!!! With OUR gross receipts, of course. Now they don't have any money, they gave it all to out of state corporations, but we're supposed to understand while our teeth fall out of our heads.

Meanwhile the best thing they can think of after selling us out is to sell us out somemore. Alot more people will lose their jobs as well as medicaid recipients dying from lack of even the cruddy care we get now

It's happening all over the country and the world and people just sit around in apathy and whine that things just get worse and they don't even call their people in the legislature.
