Most likely he barely knows anything about Martin Chavez, furthermore his values.<br><br>Clinton was probably just doing a favor to a friend by endorsing Marty Chavez and didn't take the time to look into what Chavez has done as a politician. It's a no brainer that Bill Clinton has not idea whatsoever about the wrongdoings of Martin Chavez administration. Most likely he barely knows anything about Martin Chavez, furthermore his values.

Clinton was probably just doing a favor to a friend by endorsing Marty Chavez and didn't take the time to look into what Chavez has done as a politician.
