		<description>Don&#039;t worry, they&#039;ll pass something fairly weak and ineffective, maybe even counterproductive, but not until AFTER the perpetrators are long gone... spending our money somewhere else.  Is there not a rock you can turn over in state government and not find millions missing?  The state auditor will never go after his patron despite the rhetoric (ever wonder what sort of &quot;tips&quot; they got but wouldn&#039;t act on when they solicited them -  it wasn&#039;t just MVD clerks stealing petty cash I&#039;ll bet).  Don&#039;t know what the AG&#039;s problem is.  I guess somebody has to make the citizens of Illinois, Louisiana and New Jersey feel good about themselves.</description>
