New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson is in Washington, D.C. today speaking about U.S.-Latin American relations, and you can watch on a live webcast at 10:15 am MST.

The speech as at a think tank and advocacy organization called NDN that specializes in Hispanic and immigration issues, among others.

The speech starts at 12:15 in Washington, which is 10:15 here in New Mexico.

According to the Web site, you’ll be able to ask questions and participate in the discussion by following the instructions on the screen.
