Yep, everyone. No broad brush just simple math. Take a pension and add the average double dip job these folks are in and they are all making close to or over $100,000 per year. As reported by KRQE about 8 months ago.

The list of gov. exempt positions, salaries, etc. just underscores how out-of-control the Richardson administration has been. There is absolutely no rhyme, reason, nor strategy of how exempts are classified, paid and utilized. When you have 5, that's right, 5 deputy secretaries in the Gov's office alone, that just illustrates patronage and irresponsible use of tax-payer money. Richardson has become wealthy off the back of govt. all of his career, and uses govt. to pay-off political loyalty! New Mexico has become infested with this kind of governance, corruption, deceit, and arrogance from someone who had the audacity to want to become President of the US. God help us!

These exempt employees and double dippers are the wealthy! They are all making huge 6 figure salaries on the backs of taxpayers and unemployed citizens who would like to have those jobs. Repeal the double dipping law!

While I'm not a big fan of some exempt appointments, I personally think we're talking about peanuts in the scheme of things here. The bottom line is that New Mexico and the federal government have to start taxing wealthy individuals, raising capital gains taxes and making corporations pay their fair share. Our economy got here because we've been following the idiotic trickle down myth, and the wealthy elite were wily enough to convince many that "taxes" are evil. What's evil is our anti-progressive tax code that lets way too many at the top of the heap completely off the hook.

The conservative noise machine has been bragging how the best way to bring down the government would be to starve it to death. It's been done, nationwide. The only thing that's kept it afloat this long is bubble investments. Now it's time to pay the piper and get those who have thrived in this greedy, thievish environment to pay their fair share.

I don't know why the AG's office is included here... The AG is its own division with an independently elected Attorney General. I know of several examples of governor appointees, none of whom are in the AG's office.
