Here is a list of the seven bills, not including memorials, that were introduced yesterday during the special session in both chambers. We’ll start off with the Senate.

  • SB 19 — Transfer reserves to general fund for 2009. Introduced by Sen. John Arthur Smith. This bill is identical to HB 6.
  • SB 20 — Void certain 2008 appropriations. Introduced by Smith.
  • SB 21 — Reduce executive exempt positions. Introduced by Sen. Steve Fischmann.
  • SB 22 — Create NM budget reform commission. Introduced by Sen. Rod Adair.
  • SB 23 — Reduce executive exempt positions. Introduced by Sen. John Ryan.
  • SB 24 — School district flexibility and insurance. Introduced by Sen. Vernon Asbill.
