Note that one of the Federal Grand Jury subpoenas specifically requests all of Bland's e-mails dating back to his appointment in 2007 – presuming they weren't able to be tidied up one might expect there might have been some damning evidence to be found there.

Re: the SEC’s subpoena to the State Investment Council having included all documents reflecting any communication with or relating to Marc and Anthony Correra (et al), I presume that since there was no mention of the lawsuit brought by Frank Foy earlier this year (http://newmexicoindependent.com/17487/trying-a-...) and his lawyer's claim in October that both Marc and Anthony Correra 'disappeared' sometime after attempts began in May to serve them with summons (http://www.ajc.com/business/lawsuit-alleges-nm-...), that the two of them are either still on the run and/or being aided and abetted in order to prevent their having to testify in court.
