NMI hosts forum tonight in Santa Fe

Join us tonight, Wednesday, January 20, from 5 to 8 at Rio Chama Steakhouse, for The Independent Forum, the first in a series of events held during the legislative session.

We’ll start out with snacks (free!) and drinks (not free), followed by a panel discussion with Sen. Eric Griego, D-Albuquerque; Rep. Nora Espinoza, R-Roswell; and Richard Anklam of the New Mexico Tax Research Institute. The panel discussion with be recorded and archived for later viewing, and we’ll be taping some interviews for broadcast on this week’s episode of New Mexico In Focus on KNME-TV.

Can’t join us this week? The New Mexico Independent will also host The Independent Forum on Jan. 27, Feb. 3 and Feb. 10 from 5-8 PM at Rio Chama.
