Avoid the waste of a special session - keep your eye on the ball - this is a BUDGET session and the budget is in the toilet. Anything that the legislature is choosing to do is a side show. IT IS THE BUDGET, STUPID! So … we really shouldn't have a problem … the D majority in the house and senate is secure – balance the budget in the way democrats want it balanced, but do it.
