A perfect example of a corrupt corporation using their political power wrongfully is the case of the death of my mother, Evelyn Calvert. Sun Healthcare Group Inc's (SUNH) CEO, Richard K. Matros actually apologized through the manager of Sun Healthcare's P.A.C., Julie Campbell, for harm done to my mom in 2003 by their known broken equipment while committed to a California state injunction even! Three yrs later in May, '06, this CEO passed on threats to me in mediation through my corrupt attorney that I wasn't getting “the keys to his Bentley”. I'd had a pancreatic cancer surgery and was recovering, not understanding the law, coerced into signing off on fraud charges. That corrupt attorney had dropped wrongful death unbeknown to us. When I recovered 7 months later, sued him for malpractice and he died 2 weeks later in his sleep at age 59, Daniel Leipold. I won that case in '08. But never recovered wrongful death, elder abuse, her pain & suffering compensation from Sun. why?

The DOJ never punished Sun for violating the state injunction which killed five patients I knew of including my mother, Evelyn Calvert.

I've asked all recipients of Sun's P.A.C. to return the blood money of hundreds of thousands of dollars, and even the President to return the $25,000 so generously given by Mr. & Mrs. CEO of Sun to the Obamas for their Inaugural festivities in Jan, 2009!
