As a recipient of Medicaid in this state, it's gotten worse and worse and worse as the HMO's have been put in charge to skim as much as they can from doctors pay and patient's care.<br>Somebody's getting the $$$$$$$$$ but it's not the doctors and the patient care is left hanging to the point actual harm is being done. I surely hope the House will overide as well. As a recipient of Medicaid in this state, it's gotten worse and worse and worse as the HMO's have been put in charge to skim as much as they can from doctors pay and patient's care.
