And the hits just keep on coming .... an ethics bill that doesn't support ethics while violating the constitution - and the fools passed it instead of getting us a balanced budget! Why do your job and constitutional duty when you can diddle around the spitoon swapping stories and passing significant legislation like declaring Pluto to be a planet and reminding us that NM is the 47th state. While we may be the 47th - we remain LAST in educational acheivement in science and math. And we pour more money down that particular rat hole ... HELLO? It is the BUDGET, stupid! This was a failure of leadership - plain and simple ... the governor was fiddling - the house of NM is buring and it'll be January 1st of next year before a fireman shows up with more than a box of whine (or wine) to fight it. Absolutely embarassing. Dump Lujan, and that guy Rodifer - who thinks the house did its job!

I think the all "talk ethics." Both Republicans and Democrats, but they do not REALLY want something/someone who has the authority to make them "stand accountable." It is all smoke and mirrors on this issue. I really wonder why?
