		<description>this is outrageous... considering that Uranium in it&#039;s depleted form is Radon and is PROVEN to be carried though ground water in to homes.  The USGS, did a groundwater survey in South Texas and the Coastal Bend, and reported that Uranium mining would Dramatically affect the groundwater and release radon!  I just wonder if the people who won this case are going to live on that water table, I think they should... and send there kids to school where the mining is going to occur.  Ron Paul is a big problem when it comes to deregulating the EPA and the USGS that protects people from big businesses bad decisions, because they have done the research on the issue and recommended it be ban.  Currently there is a fight in his district over it!</description>
