I live in Florida. It is the same here. Reports from Montana are no different. Voltaire said "No snowflake in a blizzard feels responsible." Every snow flake is responsible. Every person and every state is responsible. The fact that New Mexico's contribution is small is not relevant. It must pony up and help. Read scientist James Hansen's sobering book "Storms for my Grandchildren." Is that what we want? Wake up New Mexico. Wake up Florida.
