Martinez’s ad speaks about a scandal in Las Vegas where a bilingual coordinator in Las Vegas, NM used nearly $14,000 to host two parties and the discovery of millions of dollars in embezzlements from Jemez Mountain School District by State Auditor Hector Balderas.
Martinez also mentions pit rules, an environmental rule which some blame for a dip in oil and gas production in New Mexico.
