Last day to register to vote in the primary! Also, early/absentee voting starts

And they’re off! Today is the final day to register to be able to vote in the primary election, but it’s also the day early voting starts and the first day voters can request absentee ballots.

For information on voting locations, contact your county clerk, who will be able to provide you with a list of early voting locations and how to request an absentee ballot.

New Mexico has closed primaries, so only Democrats can vote in the Democratic primary and only Republicans can vote in the Republican primary.
