Three other “at-will” employees — Town Clerk Renée Lucero, Police Chief Rick Anglada and Town Attorney Allen Ferguson — got 1.4, 3.5 to 8 percent increases, respectively, in their paychecks, while Finance Director Marietta Fambro received $100 every two weeks to offset insurance premiums, according to town documents.
