Udall to meet with SCOTUS nominee Kagan

Sen. Tom Udall will meet with Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan Wednesday, his office announced today. Udall, who has been supportive of Kagan, and his colleagues in the Senate will vote on Kagan’s confirmation.


“Elena Kagan is regarded as one of the nation’s leading legal minds. She has proven to be a very able litigator and has received high praise from across the political spectrum throughout her career,” Udall said. “I am looking forward to meeting with her and learning more about her work, her judicial philosophy and her experience.”
