Sen. Tom Udall will meet with Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan Wednesday, his office announced today. Udall, who has been supportive of Kagan, and his colleagues in the Senate will vote on Kagan’s confirmation.
“Elena Kagan is regarded as one of the nation’s leading legal minds.
