Richardson in DC for Latin American conference, meeting with Biden

Governor Bill Richardson is in Washington, D.C. today meeting today with Vice President Joe Biden and delivering an address on U.S.-Latin American policy at the Conference on the Americas.

Gov. Richardson met Biden at the White House to discuss New Mexico’s Green Grid and Broadband and other stimulus funding projects, according to a statement from the governor’s office.

The trip was paid for by The Inter-American Dialogue, one of the sponsors of the Conference on the Americas, his office said.
