(spelling improved for legibility's sake)<br><br>So I'd say the GOP local is doing something, however pathetic, to get out the GOP vote here in the great swing state of New Mexico. I mean: $9 dollar-a-gallon gas! Booo!!!! Hiss!!!!<br><br>But perhaps the local GOP is too busy going door to door and intimidating voters to get out their own voters? Seems as likely a hypothesis as any. While driving down Tramway the other day I saw a hand-painted sign scrawled on a the back of a truck that said:

“If you want $9 a gallon gas then vote for Obama.” (spelling improved for legibility's sake)

So I'd say the GOP local is doing something, however pathetic, to get out the GOP vote here in the great swing state of New Mexico. I mean: $9 dollar-a-gallon gas! Booo!!!! Hiss!!!!

But perhaps the local GOP is too busy going door to door and intimidating voters to get out their own voters? Seems as likely a hypothesis as any.
