Mr. Tinsley III, who is the owner of K-Bob's, developed a worthless employee K-Care program which is now in forfeiture in Texas. It forced his waiters, waitresses and kitchen to full disclosure of their tips. Now he says he eliminated it because “the tax policies in place right now just didn’t really make it a viable concept, by and large, in entry level jobs.” He was so neglectful of his business, he did not pay his employee payroll taxes for three years and was severely fined by IRS. He is also openly against giving any kind of living wage for his employee. On his vacation ranch he has demonstrated a total disregard of his ranch workers. When a ranch worker, who worked and lived as part of his compensation on Mr. Tinsley's El Capitan ranch, injured his back and had surgery, Mr. Tinsley gave him 30 days to get off his property. He didn’t even have worker’s compensation available for his workers at the ranch.

Do we want to trust this bumbling restaurateur, who has consistently mistreated his employees and has shown no leadership in this campaign. How will he treat us? I don't want to find out - based on his record.
