If you are having trouble voting by absentee ballot, have still not received your ballot or have been told conflicting information by the Doña Ana County Clerk's office, please let me know. The county bureau of elections is possibly proving false information - including telling voters that their ballot will be counted as long as it is postmarked by Nov. 4, regardless of when they receive it - which could lead to voter disenfranchisement. If this has happened to you, please send an e-mail describing your experience to jasonkwatkins (at) gmail.com . Responses could be forwarded to the office of the Secretary of State as part of a formal complaint.
