The AP is reporting that Barack Obama will make a stop in Albuquerque on Monday.

According to the wire service:

Obama’s campaign said the Illinois senator will hold an event in the Albuquerque area on Monday. The event is invitation only.

The campaign says more details will be released in the coming days.

Obama also is scheduled to stop in Nevada the day after his visit to New Mexico.

Obama was last in New Mexico on Memorial Day, when he had a meeting with veterans in the southern part of the state.

He also held an economic summit in Albuquerque in early February and stumped in Albuquerque and Santa Fe in the days leading up to the New Mexico Democratic caucus.
