Gov. Bill Richardson is in California today and tomorrow. Today he’ll be in Monterey to participate in a panel discussion featuring senior MSNBC campaign correspondent Tucker Carlson and political talk show host, columnist and author Bill Press.

And as New Mexico Democrats and Republicans go to the polls tomorrow to select their nominees for November’s general election, the governor will be thinking big-picture at the Beverly Hilton Hotel where he will deliver a foreign policy speech to the World Affairs Council of Los Angeles titled  "New Realism for the Next Administration."
